ConnectiCare negotiates discounts on services with doctors and facilities in its network. You may save money if you use in-network doctors.

Teladoc lets you visit a doctor anytime, from anywhere. Telemedicine is for non-emergency situations. Check your plan documents to see if your plan covers telemedicine.
Coronavirus outbreak – no copays for Teladoc: If your ConnectiCare Medicare Advantage plan covers Teladoc, you can talk to a Teladoc doctor at no charge for covered medical services through
September 9, 2020. Visits can cover illnesses or injuries other than those related to coronavirus (COVID-19). Please check your Evidence of Coverage to see if you are covered for telemedicine through Teladoc.
Teladoc is not available to members with Choice Dual (HMO D-SNP) plan and Medicare group plans. If you have the Choice Dual plan, call the ConnectiCare Nurseline at 1-877-489-0963 (TTY: 711) with non-emergency questions.
